I received my bottle of Chilled Down from Dandy Nails yesterday. Chilled down is a milky white base with gold and blue flakes suspended in it. It is so pretty the gold flakes are smaller so it gives it a golden shimmery glow under the light. The formula was great and I had coverage at two coats I added a third in these pictures for a little extra intensity.
